Starbucks celebrates spring with Honey Nougat Oatmilk beverages, which have the rich, buttery notes of honey nougat, a velvety nougat foam, and chewy, nutty nougat toppings. This nostalgic beverage puts a modern twist on the classic nougat treat, blending a vanilla-flavored base with creamy, steamed oatmilk. A shot of Starbucks signature espresso completes this sweet experience. It is available as a hot and iced beverage. 

For spring, Starbucks also introduces three new coffee beans. The Starbucks Reserve Guatemala Lake Atitlan is a distinctive coffee with medium to high acidity, a medium body, and notes of orange blossom and salted caramel.

The Starbucks Tribute Blend 2025 coffee offers a medium acidity and a medium body, with notes of black cherry and baking spices. The Starbucks Spring Season Blend 2025 This coffee features a medium acidity and a medium body, with notes of honeybush and a lingering cocoa finish.

For food, there are sweet and savory treats. The Grilled Ham and Three Cheese on Sourdough is hearty grilled sandwich featuring a double smoked ham layered with a rich blend of melted cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheeses, tucked between two slices of golden, crispy sourdough bread. It’s best Best paired with Iced Ruby Grapefruit & Honey Black Tea.

Chinese Kung Pao Pasta combines the bold, savory flavors of the classic Kung Pao chicken with the comforting texture of pasta with tender pieces of roasted chicken on bucatini pasta tossed in a spicy, tangy sauce for the perfect balance of heat, sweetness, and crunch. This is best paired with Cold Brew.

Chocolate Chip Crunch Cheesecake has a creamy, rich brownie base, layered with kataifi for a delightful crunch, and finished with marbled swirls of chocolate and whipped topping, creating a perfect balance of textures and indulgent flavors. It’s best paired with Caffe Latte.

The Strawberry Pistachio Crepe Cake has 17 layers of silky crepes alternated with layers of luscious pistachio cream and strawberry cream filling. Finished with a velvety strawberry cream topping and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios for a perfect balance of flavors and textures. This is best paired with Pink Drink with Strawberry Acai.

For merchandise, the Mystic Island-inspired spring collection includes tumblers, flasks, and mugs in the hues of the season.

There are two Starbucks Spring Rewards Cards, each with a minimum activation of Php300. One is the Milky Island card while the other is Dazzling Blooms.
