Luis Manzano Named Endorser of Sweetener Brand
The fact that Luis Manzano cannot even recall how many endorsements he has is something that he considers a blessing.
During his launch as the new endorser of Santé International’s Sweet Via, a sweetener that contains stevia and inulin, Manzano said he only accepts endorsements that he believes in.
“One of my endorsements has been going on for 18 years already,” said the TV host.
For Manzano, being fit is already a part of his lifestyle. In fact, he begins every day with a workout as soon as he’s had his cup of black coffee, which he now drink with a sachet of Sweet Via.
“I just turned 40 this year and what I learned as we grow older is that we must always watch what we eat. I know a lot of people who got diabetes either genetically or because of their food choices. Me, I’m really into sweets and there’s always room for so much more desserts in my life. Because of Sweet Via, I now have a healthy alternative that enables me to satisfy my cravings without putting myself at risk of diabetes and minus the guilt as well,” said Manzano, who just concluded his hosting stint on the third season of “You Face Sounds Familiar.”
The host revealed that diabetes runs in the family so he started being careful about added sugar in his diet.
Sweet Via contains Stevia, which comes from a sweet-tasting plant called Stevia Rebaudiana while inulin is a prebiotic fiber with health benefits that include improving digestive health, helping control diabetes and aiding in weight loss.
Manzano said he has lost his eighth pound since incorporating Sweet Via to his diet.
“Luis Manzano lives the ideal lifestyle that perfectly represents Sweet Via as he is enjoying a balanced life that is both active and healthy. We are honored to officially welcome Luis to the Santé family, and we are looking forward to all the exciting projects that we will do in collaboration with him in the months to come,” said Santé International CEO Joey Marcelo.
