Cream Blushes For The Prettiest And Cutest Selcas
Disclaimer: Not of these blushes are completely mask-proof but that doesn’t mean we can’t wear blush or have (artificially) rosy cheeks.
We love blush and we love applying it in different ways: draped, drunken-style, on the apples of our cheeks and many other ways.
For longevity, we’re all about powder blush over a cream product but who has time these days? Cream blush is just so convenient and easy to apply.
Here are some of our favorites:
Glossier Cloud Paint is perhaps the most popular blush right now, especially among millennials and Gen Z. It comes in a tube that you can slip into a small purse so you can retouch as needed. This gel-cream hybrid is buildable and has a soft focus finish, thanks to “Special Blurring Pigments.” Among the bestsellers are Haze (a deep fuchsia) and Eve (a deep mulberry).

Colourette Coloursnap is another Gen Z favorite because how can you go wrong with a multi-tinted balm that gives a dewy finish to the skin? This may not be transfer-proof but it’s so pretty for taking those selcas. The bestsellers are Milk and Beachy.

Milk Makeup is also a Gen Z favorite and our pick for the easiest to apply. The LIP + CHEEK stick doubles as a sheer but buildable blush and hydrating lip tint. Quickie (a berry) is their bestseller.

Shiseido Minimalist Whipped Powder Blush comes in a small jar and the texture is soft like a mousse. The finish is matte and the texture is really easy to blend. The bestsellers are Setsuko and Sonoya.
Find it at Shiseido boutiques and on Lazada.
Make Up For Ever Cream Ultra UD Cream Blush is serious business. Of all the blushes we have mentioned here, this is the one most likely to stay on longer even under a mask. It’s also very pigmented so a light hand is needed for application. You can buy a refill and place it on a palette. The Make Up For Ever Cream Ultra UD Cream Blush is very blendable and as we mentioned, you only need to use a small amount as it’s very pigmented.
