4 Actually Realistic and Doable Beauty Reolutions for 2019

Every year, we make them — a list of beauty resolutions so that we’d have better skin and hair. Of course, for many of us, those resolutions will forgotten in less than three months. Six, if we’re lucky.

We’d like to make 2019 different. Let this be the year that we make beauty resolution that we will keep. Let this be the year that we finally have the clear skin we deserve and need; the lustrous hair we’ve always envied and less worries about beauty and skin care in general.

1. Use sunscreen every day, even when you’re not going out

Applying sunscreen every day is still the best thing you can do for your skin and your overall wellbeing. Sunscreen helps delay the signs of aging and prevents skin cancer. 2. Double cleanse

We’ve read about double cleansing method—which starts with an oil based product and ends with a water-based cleanser. If you wear makeup, you might even want to start with micellar water to get rid of surface dirt like dust and smoke before double cleansing, the backbone of the iconic Korean skin care routine. Double cleansing at night ensures that your face is clean, but not overly so, before you go to bed.
