Still Got Acne Problems? Try This Little Tube of Miracle
We’ve already established that Preview Girl Belle Rodolfo has one of the most amazing poreless and glowing skin.
She looks even better in person, trust me. Belle is like a doll. Of course, we’ve been stalking her Instagram to peep her beauty secrets. One day, she posted this.
We zeroed in on Epiduo and how Belle is willing to spend over P 1,000 monthly on it just like her phone bill. Mind you, beauty editors like her get a lot of makeup and skin care samples from different brands. So spending on anything means the product is worth it.
So what is Epiduo? We looked at their web site and this is what we found.
“Epiduo (adapalene and benzoyl peroxide) Gel, 0.1%/2.5% is an alternative for those who suffer from mild to moderate acne and can be used for patients as young as 9-years-old. Epiduo Gel is the only antibiotic-free topical acne treatment with a fixed dose combination of 0.1% adapalene and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. It helps clear up the breakouts you have now and helps prevent future pimples from forming. It also comes in a convenient pump, so treating breakouts can quickly become a part of your everyday routine.”
There will be a little sting and micro-peeling for a few weeks. Reminder: Always wear sunscreen.
You use Epiduo at night after cleansing. Use a pea sized amount and apply only in affected areas. Belle applies on her T-zone. Tip: Wait 20 minutes after washing your face so it’s completely dry. Doing this will reduce the stinging and flaking.
Some users have experienced some purging. Purging refers to the appearance of more pimples and blemishes, kind of like the skin cleaning itself. I personally didn’t experience this. But be patient and you’ll soon have clear skin.
