What makes The Ordinary extraordinary?

The products are not just well-priced; they're cheap. The Ordinary’s most expensive product right now is a serum at $28.90. The Advanced Retinoid 2% is $14.90.

The 100% Plant Derived Squalene is priced at $12.90. The Vitamin C Suspension 23 percent + HA Spheres 2% costs $6. The 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil is priced at less than $10. The 100% Cold Pressed Moroccan Argan Oil is at $10.90.

Those who have only dreamt of using skin care with ingredients like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, lactic acid and glycolic acid but couldn't because, well, these things are expensive can now buy from The Ordinary.

All products from Deciem, including The Ordinary, are free of parabens, sulphates, mineral oil, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, animal oils, benzalkonium chloride, coal tar dyes, formaldehyde, mercury and oxybenzone. They don’t test on animals or sell their products in mainland China.

In a previous interview, Deciem founder Brandon Truaxe reportedly said, "The beauty industry is a scam."
