So you're going to Boracay or wherever (insert fabulous beach destination here) for Holy Week. You're obviously not going to be bringing your usual liquid foundation or false eyelashes on the trip.

You need products that will make you look good but are low maintenance (no glossy red lipstick, please).

Sunblock is a given. So is a tinted lip balm. A body balm with shimmer is a good item to include for nights out.

Benefit Bathina

Bathina "take a picture...it lasts longer..." is a silky glimmering body balm that gives your skin the perfect barely there glow. You can use this on your legs, arms, shoulders and back. If you are curvy, use this above your shoulder and collar bones. If your figure is not voluptuous, use it all over. Tip: Bathina also makes a good face highlighter.

VMV Armada Sport 50+

I always recommend this broad spectrum sunscreen to friends who ask me what the best sun protection product is. It's smooth, easy to apply and not oily. I use this on my face and body (you can't go wrong with SPF 50). VMV Armada is formulated without dyes, preservatives and parabens.

L'Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Powder

If you must powder your face, use this powder. It promises to absorb excess oil for 16 hours! We tested this not for 16 hours but eight hours and it did keep the oilies at bay. 

Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Cream

This offers color correction, light coverage and SPF 15! Its claims include moisturizing and addressing skin problems brought about by fatigue. It also claims to color correct redness and dark spots. I normally wear this alone and just powder or use blotting paper as the need arises.

Dior Addict Lip Glow Color Awakening Lipbalm

According to Dior, this "reacts to the unique chemistry of each woman's lips to give them a natural flush of custom pink that suits her skin tone." Tip: This is best worn alone, without any lipstick or any other lip balm.
