Scientifically (and just so you know), nails are dead cells - just like hair. They are made up of keratin and we just so happen crave to make them look good too.
We find nails as fun as lips because of all the available colors and types of polish in the market. But our current obsession are looooong nails.

Not only are they gorgeous-looking, they make your fingers look like they totally branched out of a strong, empowered woman who can scratch you when you mess with her.
And they make doing the most menial things so chic and fab like holding a perfume bottle for that instagrammable shot.
Having long nails make you look glammed up and badass in general. And they make having nail art extra cool.
