Grab my purse and hold my beer - I am the shookethest! Her excellency, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, 14th President of the Republic of the Philippines and second female power in Philippine politics, is back as the new speaker of the house at the current 17th Philippine Congress.

She took oath and sat in position at yesterday's State of the Nation Address and everyone is just shook. In case you've been living under a rock (or just don't give a damn about Philippine politics), this small-but-powerful woman came from a lineage of strong Philippine political families and has her own fair share of controversies and scandals.
