Acer Introduces Its New AI-powered Copilot+ Lineup Of Laptops

Acer has unveiled its updated Copilot+ PC lineup at the Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (IFA) 2024 in Berlin, Germany. The lineup includes AI-powered laptops from all major chipmakers, including AMD, Qualcomm, and Intel's new Lunar Lake Core Ultra 200V processors, such as the Swift 14 AI, Swift 16 AI, Swift Go 14 AI, and TravelMate P6 14 AI.

These laptops provide better AI performance and sophisticated processing capabilities. The new Acer laptops also promise phenomenal battery power.

The Swift 14 AI, powered by Intel's latest laptop-focused chip called Lunar Lake, could go up to 29 hours of video playback and up to 23 hours of web browsing, while the model with AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 processor promises up to 27 hours of video playback and up to 19 hours of web browsing. Meanwhile, the Swift Go 14 AI with the Snapdragon X Plus 8-core processor could go up to 28 hours of video playback and provide up to 19.5 hours of web browsing.

Swift Go 14 AI and Swift 14 AI with Snapdragon and AMD processesors

The Swift Go 14 AI features the latest Snapdragon X Plus 8-core processor in an ultra-portable design. Acer also announced the Swift 14 AI, which has the new AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series processors leveraging the advanced AMD XDNA 2 architecture to utilize greater AI processing power and performance without compromise. Whether creating, working, or streaming on the go, these Copilot+ PCs streamline daily tasks and workloads more efficiently and enable Acer's on-device AI applications to help elevate users' digital experiences.

Copilot+ PCs help users experience new ways of interacting, creating, and communicating on their Swift devices. Cocreator allows users to bring their ideas to life by taking descriptions and generating new images in nearly real-time. Live Captions can translate spoken words from 44 languages and present English speech captions in real-time, whether a live video, movie dialogue, or YouTube clip. Windows Studio Effects has AI-boosted features such as Background Blur, Eye Contact, Automatic Framing, Portrait Light, and Creative Filters to improve lighting and make users look their best in virtual meetings, livestreams, or video calls. Copilot, the everyday AI companion, is also accessible with a single click of the dedicated Copilot key.

Acer Swift 14 AI and Acer Swift 16 AI  powered by Intel

The Swift 14 AI and Swift 16 AI Copilot+ PCs are the first Acer Swift models powered by new Intel Core Ultra processors(Series 2). These ultra-sleek, striking laptops are equipped with the latest in all-new processing capabilities and deliver up to 48 Trillion Operations Per Second (TOPS)NPU AI performance to handle power-demanding AI workloads.

The new Acer Swift 14 AI (SF14-51/T) and Swift 16 AI (SF16-51/T) deliver best-in-class AI performance with the latest Intel Core Ultra processors that optimize processing across the CPU, built-in Intel Arc graphics and next-gen neural processing unit (NPU) to accelerate AI workloads. The new laptops can accelerate generative AI tasks and creations with ease. Acer TravelMate P6 14 AI

The new Acer TravelMate P6 14 AI laptop, built for commercial organizations, is powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2) and offers high performance and new AI experiences to enhance productivity, creativity, and security in an ultra-thin-and-light design. 

The 14-inch laptop weighs less than 1 kilogram, making it the perfect device for on-the-go productivity and today's hybrid work set-up.

The latest TravelMate has a 14-inch WQXGA+(2880x1800) 16:10 display with IPS technology or WUXGA(1920x1200) panel featuring high 400 nit brightness and 100% 

sRGB color gamut, supporting outstanding picture quality. The user will have a more immersive viewing experience, thanks to the laptop's thin bezels and a high 82% screen-to-body ratio that helps maximize the screen area.
