When it comes to decorating her home, actress Heart Evangelista calls herself a maximalist. When she wants to change the look of an area of her house, she simply moves things around and adds a detail or two like a candle or coffee table books.

Heart also likes having mirrors, not only for vanity purposes, but to make a room look bigger.

Beyond aesthetics, she sees buying homes as an investment. Heart purchased her first home when she was only 17 years old. Since then, she has purchased others homes and hasn't sold a single one.

"Let me tell you, rentals paid for electricity and other bills when I didn't have work," said Heart during the grand launch of RLC Residences, of which she is the brand ambassador.

She shares further that having a strategic address in the metro, means not wasting her precious time in traffic which in turn gives her energy to do more of the things she loves and spend more time with her family and friends.
