2nd lead syndrome and Kim Seon-ho
If you love to watch Korean dramas, you know of the second lead syndrome. You've probably experienced it.
This is when you fall for the actor who plays the part of the one hopelessly in love with the leading lady. Sadly, his affections are not reciprocated because she is so in love with the leading man.
Remember Kim Jung-hwan (played by Ryu Jun-yeol) in "Reply 1988" and In Guk-doo (played by Ji Soo) in "Strong Girl Do Bong-soon?" They both won our hearts after theirs were broken.
In the ongoing drama "Start-Up" starring Bae Suzy and Nam Joo-hyuk, the second lead has again caught the attention of many fans.
Kim Seon-ho plays Han Ji-pyeong, a venture capitalist who has "known" Suzy's character Seo Dal-mi since they were young.
In the past, Han Ji-pyeong had written letters to Seo Dal-mi using Nam Do San’s (the character played by Nam Joo-hyuk) name.
Before Start-Up, Kim Seon-ho has appeared in dramas like "100 Days My Prince" and "Welcome To Waikiki 2."
He is also a regular cast member of "2 Days & 1 Night."
